From the heart of southern Iran to global markets

EBRADA—premium Iranian dates, from the palm groves of the south to global markets.

Lamerd County in southern Fars Province—with its warm, semi-arid climate, abundant sunlight and longstanding date-growing heritage—is one of southern Iran’s promising regions for high-quality dates. About five kilometres from Lamerd lie the farms and palm groves of Qaleh Gholam-Mozaffar Zangeneh, where natural potential, focused investment, responsible management and modern agricultural methods have shaped an integrated date-growing operation.

Ebrahim Gholamzadeh Zangeneh, founder and owner of the estate and founder of EBRADA, has transformed part of the area’s farmland into mechanised palm groves to advance modern date cultivation and build a professional production and supply chain. Selected Piarom and Medjool cultivars, standard planting material, careful orchard design, structured nutrition and growth management, mechanised practices and continuous quality oversight have supported the establishment and fruiting of thousands of date palms.

The name EBRADA is derived from “Ebrahim Dates”, connecting the founder’s name, the product’s origin and the estate’s commercial vision. The brand was established to present premium Iranian dates professionally, with a clear identity, dependable quality and an offer aligned with domestic and international market expectations.

EBRADA is more than a trade name or a packaging mark. It represents an integrated approach to growing, selection, storage, processing and supply. Product authenticity, preservation of natural colour and texture, precise grading, transparent commercial specifications and attention to destination-market needs form the foundation of the brand.

EBRADA’s work extends beyond growing and harvesting. The estate develops the value chain in a coherent structure—from orchard management, quality monitoring and planned harvest to sorting, grading, cold storage, processing, packing and preparation of domestic and export orders.

Productive palm groves, cold-storage capacity of up to 2,000 tonnes and sorting, processing and packing capabilities support stronger post-harvest control and help preserve the fruit’s natural qualities. Controlled storage, separation by variety, size, texture and appearance, and market-appropriate packaging enable orders to be prepared against agreed buyer specifications.

Natural dates may show limited variation according to harvest season, maturity and lot conditions. For this reason, final grade, size, texture, moisture profile, packing and storage requirements are defined and confirmed transparently for each order.

EBRADA focuses on two premium varieties—Piarom and Medjool—each with a distinct identity and market position.

EBRADA Piarom is recognised by its elongated form, natural dark-mahogany to near-black colour, semi-dry texture and balanced sweetness, making it suitable for premium retail, gifting, specialist presentation and export markets.

EBRADA Medjool is offered in a large size, with a soft, fleshy texture and a natural red-to-chestnut colour. It is graded by size, uniformity, skin condition, texture and visual quality for premium retail, hospitality, specialist stores and consumer packs.

EBRADA presents each variety as it truly is: naturally dark Piarom and naturally red-chestnut Medjool, without misleading imagery or an inaccurate representation of the fruit.

EBRADA is developed for Iranian wholesalers and retailers as well as importers, distributors, premium and chain retailers, hospitality buyers, packing businesses and private-label partners. Retail packs, wholesale cartons, net weights and private-label programmes are reviewed against volume, destination, label language, legal requirements and distribution conditions.

Commercial engagement begins by defining variety, grade, volume, end use, pack, destination, payment preference and required timing. After availability and feasibility review, the product specification, price, offer validity, preparation time, delivery basis and applicable documents are coordinated in writing. Sample and lot-detail requests can also be discussed with the commercial team.

Rooted in local experience and supported by modern management, integrated infrastructure and an understanding of domestic and international trade, EBRADA works to present southern Iran’s premium dates with distinction. Its vision is to become a trusted, enduring brand associated with authentic product, dependable quality, transparent specification, responsive service and responsible commercial partnership.
